Avi Berman, Ph. D. is a clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst, training analyst and a group analyst.
He is a member in Tel- Aviv Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis and The Israeli Institute of Group Analysis.

He is a co-founder of "Be'Sod Siach" Organization for conflict resolution in Israel.
He is the initiator and co-founder of the Israeli Institute of Group Analysis and its first chairperson.
​
He teaches as the head of group psychotherapy track in Tel Aviv University's psychotherapy program.
​
His professional experience includes post traumatic therapy and supervision in "Amcha" (an association for treating holocaust survivors and their second generation's siblings.
